DATEV eG

DATEV is more than just a green rectangle. We are one of Europe's largest software and IT service providers, headquartered in Nuremberg. More than 9,000 employees are committed to driving forward the digitalisation and automation of business processes for our more than 900,000 customers. Since our foundation in 1966 as a cooperative, we have been shaping the digital future for tax consultants, auditors and lawyers, as well as their mostly medium-sized clients. With approximately 3.1 million companies, we have a reach of over 90 per cent of the German business landscape. Our members rely on our software and cloud solutions, using them to process around 14 million payroll statements every month, for example. With its powerful data centre, DATEV offers over 200 software products, innovative cloud solutions and highly secure data transmission channels to partners in the German economy, such as banks, authorities and institutions. In the 2024 financial year, it achieved a turnover of 1.514 billion euros.

We are a strong and open community where people not only settle in quickly, but also enjoy staying. This is ensured by our culture of security and openness, which is combined with a technologically advanced working environment. Diversity, equity and inclusion are essential foundations for us to ensure that everyone can participate equally in working life. DATEV stands for this every day. The best future is created in a strong community. #WeAreDATEV!
