In 1668, the founder acquired the Engel Pharmacy in Darmstadt, creating the oldest pharmaceutical and chemical company in the world to date. For almost 350 years, shared values have shaped the corporate culture and enriched internal cooperation on the one hand, and on the other, fostered the work and interaction with customers, partners and patients. In recent years, the company has continually reinvented itself, offers exemplary working conditions and is also committed to promoting talent.
