The Summit is the central gathering of the Software Campus to unite all stakeholders of the program. All participants are invited – whether the project is just starting in 2022, is currently running, or has already been completed. The project management and representatives of the BMBF will be there, as well as the HR and technical experts of the industry partners. All graduates will receive their graduation certificates at this ceremonial event. The Summit 2022 is sponsored by our partner DATEV.

Science Slam
Present your project in a 5-minute talk, in a way that is popular-scientific and entertaining. You can work on your presentation together with a coach in virtual individual sessions (30 min.). More information here (password see invitation mail).

The venue is accessible by U1 (stations Bärenschanze and Maximilianstraße) and about 10 min. from the main train station.
Hotel
We reserved 50 rooms at Motel One Nürnberg-Plärrer (2 stations to the event location) each room 69€ (Breakfast 13,50€) from 19. to 20.05. You can download this until 24.03. via this Formular. Payment is made at the arrival location.
Corona (Status 1.3.2022)
It is not yet clear what the corona protection regulations will be when the Summit takes place. As the host, DATEV will ensure compliance with the applicable regulations. We will keep you informed about this, but please also inform yourself about the applicable regulations.

Wichtiger Hinweis (12.04.22, 10:30): Wir freuen uns über euer großes Interesse am Summit! Leider kommen wir langsam an die Grenzen der Raumkapazitäten. Im Fokus der Veranstaltung stehen die Projektpräsentationen und die Verabschiedung von Absolvent*innen, sodass diese ab sofort bei der Anmeldung priorisiert werden. Besucher*innen, die weder ihr Projekt präsentieren noch ihre Abschlussurkunde erhalten, schreiben wir im first come, first serve-Modus auf die Warteliste und wir informieren euch über frei bleibende oder werdende Plätze bis Ende April. Dies betrifft nicht die Anmeldungen als Besucher*in bis zum 12.04. 10:30, angemeldet ist angemeldet.

Important note (April 12th, 10:30 a.m.): We are happy about your high interest in the Summit! Unfortunately, we are slowly reaching the limits of room capacity. The focus of the event will be the project presentations and the farewell of graduates, so from now on these will be prioritized during registration. Visitors who neither present their project nor receive their graduation certificate will be put on the waiting list in first come, first serve mode and we will inform you about remaining or becoming free places until the end of April. This does not apply to registrations as a visitor until April 12th, 10:30 a.m., registered is registered.
