The Software Campus is seeking its new class! Our application platform will be open again from 1 February to 17 March 2024. If you are a PhD student in computer science or a related subject and want to enhance your leadership skills, the Software Campus offers you a research-intensive and practical opportunity. In the 2-year program, you will lead your own BMBF-funded IT research project in cooperation with one of our industry partners. They will provide you with further training and support you with mentors. You will further expand your network at events and in small communities of practice. Info event on 1 February from 11 a.m.
To kick off the application phase, we invite all interested candidates to our online info event. On 1 February 2024 from 11:00 to 12:45 you can
- get general information about the program
- find out what you need to consider when applying
- ask your questions to the Software Campus project team
- and most importantly: get to know our industry partners and discuss with them whether your research is a good fit

In the course of January, we will publish which of our industry partners will be taking part and for which research areas they are looking for participants in this application phase. You can find out in which areas they are generally looking for collaborations in the info box in the respective partner profiles.
