Conflict is inevitable—but when handled well, it can boost growth and build a stronger team. This week, Software Campus participants had the privilege of participating in Celonis’ first-ever training in our network, marking the start of this year’s training season.
Over two intensive days, they explored:
- The psychology behind conflict—why it happens and how to navigate it
- How to create an environment where disagreement leads to better decisions, not roadblocks
- Practical strategies to conduct difficult conversations, manage strong emotions, navigate different needs and foster commitment to shared goals.
To ensure the learning extends beyond the workshop, participants set personal and team goals to implement in their daily work. In three months, they’ll reconnect to reflect on their progress and share insights on applying these strategies in real-world situations.
Through case studies, hands-on practice, and peer discussions, they gained tools to turn friction into forward momentum. A huge thank you to Celonis for bringing this valuable training to our future leaders, and thank you also to the Berlin Alley team (Stefan and Jannet) for mediating each session in a safe and exciting atmosphere.
